This Saturday and Sunday, August 1 & 2, I will be in La Conner, Washington with the Puget Sound Group of Northwest Painters participating in a live “Paint-Out”. Several of our plein air landscape painting members will be all over the La Conner area working with pastels, oils, acrylics and watercolors working directly from the subject.
A special one month gallery exhibit of works from this group, as well as pieces finished during the paint-out, will be held at La Conner Seaside Gallery near the heart of La Conner (210 Morris St). The PSGNWP will also have a 2 day “artists' exhibit” and sale of their own artwork, directly adjacent to the gallery in an outdoor pavilion setting.
