George Fine, Jazz Pianist, Lopez Island 1979

George was a great model for life drawing over at Grayling Gallery back in the 70's. He also played impromptu Jazz Piano at the Galley Restaurant during dinner hour when we first moved to the island. One of the very few forms of live entertainment on Lopez Island back then - and he was a great jazz musician as well.

I did many sessions in the 1970's with Shirley Wright and Bernie Sundell, at Grayling Gallery  drawing the human figure, (clad and unclad) whenever we could get a model
