Painted at the field just below Center Church looking west as the hot afternoon sun burned into the landscape. I always feel a great deal of peace and tranquility standing in hay fields like this one. It takes me back to my childhood in Boise, Idaho at my grandmother Clark's farm on Pierce Park Lane, near Hill Road.
