Estuary at Sperry Peninsula

Painted en plein air looking north from Sperry Peninsula Estuary. I loved the tranquil atmosphere, partly created by distant wild fires and marine air layers in early morning light. This painting was accepted into the online juried competiion for the Amercian Impressionists Society 2nd annual associate members December 2022, 1 of 217  out of over 1600 entries.
