Snowy Fields at Lopez Grange

Snow started to fall in the late afternoon near the Lopez Island Grange Building, where I painted this from "indoors" (looking out one of the old glass windows) but still en plein air. Too cold to be out there plus snow was still falling. I love the old farms on the south end of Lopez Island, especially when they show their "bones" to the world when snow falls.
